All Employees:

Must profess to be a born-again Christian.

Must be an active and faithful member of Troy First Baptist Church or of another church of like faith and practice.

Must agree without reservation to the doctrinal statement of faith and standards of conduct of Troy First Baptist Church.

Must agree as an employee to abide by the policies in the Policies and Procedures Handbook of Troy First Christian Academy.
Professional Employees:

Must have, as a minimum, a four-year college degree, preferably in Elementary or Secondary Education, Religious Education, or have a major or minor in the academic discipline of the position sought. The degree must be from a recognized school.

Certification or ability to be certified is desired of full-time classroom teachers.
Support Staff:

Must be a high school graduate or the equivalent.

Must demonstrate experience and/or ability to perform the duties required.
